As Group Chief Technical Officer and Chief Operations Officer for our Construct Engine, Stephen ensures that we deliver industry leading technical capabilities across all of our projects and programmes.

Stephen has driven innovation and industrialisation at Bluvor World Constructions, enhancing our process and capabilities and transforming our delivery teams. This, along with his extensive knowledge of the construction industry, its supply chain, and our clients, led to Stephen becoming COO for Construction in 2024.

Alongside these responsibilities Stephen oversees our specialist services internal divisions, and the Bluvor World Constructions Business School. He is the MEB sponsor for health, safety and wellbeing and our employee resource group, Bluvor World Constructions Military.
